POLICIES FOR DROP-IN SERVICES
To All Parents:
Each child is enrolled for a particular schedule and tuition is set according to the individual schedule. Therefore, if you bring your child in earlier than scheduled or pick up late, payment (at the drop-in rate) will be billed.
Because of staffing and program scheduling, we do ask for punctuality. We have a 5-minute "grace period." Other than that, it is your responsibility to adhere to your child's schedule and make payment if you are late.
One of the extra services that is offered at Tiny Treasures is our "Drop-In Program." To maintain our quality program and still be of service to Tiny Treasures families, we have certain guidelines with which we ask the parents to cooperate.
AVAILABILITY:
1. Children currently enrolled; siblings; former students.
2. Dependent upon that day's enrollment figure (in order to stay in compliance with our state license).
3. Dependent on what special activities or trips are planned.
SCHEDULE:
1. Your child's regular schedule can be extended (either earlier arrival or later dismissal).
2. Attendance on a day when your child is not regularly scheduled for school.
3. Participation in the lunch program.
4. Attendance on a public school closing or half-day when Tiny Treasures remains open.
ARRANGEMENTS:
1. As far in advance as possible.
2. Call the school with date and time.
3. Please cancel if drop-in will not be needed.
