GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS
A. Medication, preferably in a bag, must be clearly labeled with child's name and given directly to a staff member
B. A Medication Administration form must be completed daily.
C. Please provide a PLASTIC (spoon(s) if needed, which will then be disposed of for sanitary reasons.
We cannot make any exceptions to the above procedure. Also, it is the firm belief of many health care professionals and the policy of Tiny Treasures that if a child is well enough to attend school, they are well enough to play outdoors, and that it is healthier to be in the fresh outdoor air. We use discretion depending on weather conditions, but plan for an outdoor time daily. The only exception to this would be with a written note from the child's doctor that they can attend school, but should not go outdoors.
